MTPM – Meet The Piano Master is a project dedicated to advanced piano study and artistic development, designed for students, young pianists and professionals who wish to deepen their work through focused, individual guidance.
MTPM offers different formats tailored to different needs: from ongoing study programmes to intensive consultations, from weekend sessions to online work, as well as professional recording preparation and special meetings with guest teachers.
At the heart of every format is individual work with the pianist and the repertoire, with particular attention to technique, interpretation, style, programme building and preparation for artistic and professional engagements.
All MTPM – Meet The Piano Master activities are hosted at Accademia Amadeus.
MTPM 4Path* — ongoing study programme
MTPM One — intensive individual consultation
MTPM Weekend* — intensive weekend programme
MTPM Online — remote individual sessions
MTPM Studio Lab** — preparation + professional recording
MTPM Guest* — sessions with guest teachers
The MTPM 4Path ongoing individual programme is designed for those who wish to work regularly and develop their repertoire, technique, interpretation and artistic preparation over time.
The programme consists of a cycle of 4 individual lessons, which can be renewed at the end of the four sessions. Each lesson may last 60, 90 or 120 minutes.
Lesson dates are arranged according to availability. Single private lessons are not available within this format.
Those who prefer a single intensive session, without committing to an ongoing programme, can choose MTPM One.
MTPM One is designed for those who are looking for a single, focused and intensive individual session, without committing to an ongoing course of study.
The session lasts 90 minutes and is centred on a specific objective: developing a programme, preparing for a concert, competition, audition, exam or recording, or addressing particular technical, interpretative or artistic aspects.
MTPM One is conceived as a stand-alone lesson and artistic consultation, focused on the immediate needs of the pianist and not linked to a subsequent cycle of lessons.
Those who wish to develop a more regular and continuous course of study over time can choose MTPM 4Path.
MTPM Weekend is the intensive format designed for those who wish to concentrate their work within a single weekend.
The programme includes 2 individual 60-minute lessons, one on Saturday and one on Sunday, allowing the work to develop over two closely scheduled sessions and providing the opportunity to explore repertoire, interpretation, technique and artistic preparation in greater depth.
Each weekend is limited to a maximum of 6 participants, in order to preserve the individual and focused nature of the experience.
MTPM Weekend is also suitable for those who do not wish to undertake an ongoing course of study, but would rather dedicate a full weekend to an intensive and structured period of work.
MTPM Online is the individual format designed for those who wish to work remotely, without the need to travel to the venue.
The program includes a package of 12 online lessons, renewable up to a maximum of 24 lessons, delivered via the Zoom platform. Each session lasts 60 minutes and can focus on repertoire, interpretation, preparation for concerts, competitions, auditions and exams, or on specific technical and musical aspects.
This format is particularly suitable for students who live far away or who wish to complement their ongoing studies with individual online guidance.
Sessions are scheduled according to availability.
MTPM Studio Lab is the format designed for those who wish to combine artistic preparation with the production of a professional recording.
The experience includes a 60-minute individual preparatory session, focused on refining the repertoire, followed by a 90-minute recording session.
It is particularly suitable for preparing material for competitions, video pre-selections, auditions, exams, applications and professional projects.
The recording session takes place in a professional studio, using a grand piano and dedicated recording equipment, and is structured so that the pianist reaches the recording stage after focused work on the technical, interpretative and musical aspects of the programme.
MTPM Guest is the format dedicated to special encounters with guest pianists and teachers, invited to share their artistic and teaching experience.
Participation includes a 60-minute individual lesson with the guest teacher, as well as access to the activities scheduled throughout the day.
Each event is designed around the personality, background and experience of the guest, offering participants the opportunity to engage with different approaches, artistic perspectives and teaching philosophies.
The programme, number of participants and registration details are announced separately for each event.
